① Detects occupancy using occupancy sensors
② Controls lighting, heating/cooling equipment, and beam projectors based on occupancy status
③ Temperature control and dimming level control (center button)
④ Remote lock/unlock commands and real-time monitoring from PC
⑤ Real-time monitoring and control through smartphone app
⑥ Applies infrared IR technology for remote-control replacement use (Example: Beam projector OFF)
